The maximum body weight per person is limited to 120 kg. Please note that we do reserve the right to fill up the aircraft with other passangers - if you wish to book a private flight, you will have to pay the full prices.

Sossusvlei

Scenic Flight

From Swakopmund Airport we fly over the barren Namib Desert, the Kuiseb Canyon as well as the Tsondabvlei till we reach the well known Sossusvlei with its colour rich dune landscape. You will see the Sossusvlei from a birds eye view. Our flight continues back to Swakopmund over the restricted Diamond Area where you will see three deserted diamond camps, a few cape seal colonies along the Atlantic Ocean, shipwrecks such as the Eduard Bohlen and the Shawnee. To that we will pass by Sandwich Harbour, a wetland, the salt mines south of Walvis Bay, the Walvis Bay harbour as well as the holiday resort Langstrand.

Skeleton Coast

Scenic Flight

This flight departs from Swakopmund and takes you over the Moon Landscape, the Swakop and Khan river as well as the Kuiseb river. This river host a natural boarder between the barren Namib Desert and the dune landscape. Along the coast line we are passing by a few seal colonies and Conception Bay. To that we will see the shipwrecked Eduard Bohlen as well as the Shawnee - these ships did not survive the harsh Altantic Ocean conditions. Your flight continues along the sea shore passing by Sandwich Harbour, a ever changing wetland, the salt mines south of Walvis Bay, the Walvis Bay harbour as well as the holiday resort Langstrand south of Swakopmund.

Cape Cross

Scenic Flight

We depart Swakopmund and fly over the Swakop river, the funky “Moonlandscape” and the Goanikontes Oasis.
Your flights continues alongside the Rössing Uranium mine, toward the Khan River and over the two landmarks of Namibia - the Spitzkoppe and the Brandberg. Whilst flying over the dry Ugab riverbed we might see some desert elephants before we reach the barren Skeleton Coast. We fly back into the southern direction where we will see many whale bones and shipwrecks, ships that did not survive the harsh Atlantic Ocean conditions. From a bird’s eye view you will see a few cape seal colonies as well as the big colony at Cape Cross.
The flight continues along the sea shores via Henties Bay, the holiday resort Wlotska Baken and the salt works north of Swakopmund.

Excludes:
Any delay or diversion due to adverse weather or other factors beyond Eagle Eye Aviation’s control that may affect the safety of the passengers, aircrew and/or aircraft , crew individual day rooms should the aircraft be on the ground for a period in excess of three hours, airport after-hours surcharge fees in the event of a passenger induced delay, additional costs incurred due to passenger induced delays on / or passenger induced changes to the itinerary, any currency exchange rate fluctuation affecting statutory charges
 
Conditions:

Flights are subject to aircraft and crew availability,  Eagle Eye Aviation does not accept any responsibility for consequential damages that may be suffered by the client due to breakdown, diversion or other factors beyond its control,  Eagle Eye Aviation will take every effort possible to minimize such costs be incurred, dangerous goods must be declared to Eagle Eye, as a statutory requirement, all flights are conducted according to crew flight and duty regulations as stipulated by the Namibian Directorate of Civil Aviation, the pilot in command will only accommodate itinerary changes if the change is still in compliance with these regulations, insurance restrictions may apply to certain countries and routes, pilot's decisions concerning safety will be final and is supported by Eagle Eye Aviation management, smoking is not permitted on board any flights as per DCA regulations

Cancellation:
Cancellation must be received in writing and are valid from the date of receipt at the office. The following charges are applicable:
* from date of confirmation till 31 days before departure 20% of total amount due
* 30 -16 days before date of departure 50% of the total amount due
* 15 -11 days before departure 75% of the total amount due
* 10 or less days before departure 100% of the total amount due
* Non arrivals 100% of the total amount due
